Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of LLCAI Labs apps and games. By installing or using any LLCAI Labs app, you agree to them.

1. The short version

Use our apps for personal or business purposes as designed. Don’t reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell them. We do our best to keep things working but we can’t guarantee zero defects. If something breaks, tell us.

2. License

LLCAI Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our apps on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

3. Restrictions

  • Do not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit any LLCAI Labs app.
  • Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any LLCAI Labs app except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
  • Do not use our apps for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair them.

4. Account, billing, and subscriptions

None of our current apps require an account. If a future app introduces accounts or paid subscriptions, the additional terms will be presented at the point of purchase and on that app’s own page.

5. Intellectual property

All apps, source code, designs, graphics, logos, and trademarks published by LLCAI Labs are owned by LLCAI Labs and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Your data (the content you create inside our apps) remains yours.

6. Third-party services

Some apps integrate third-party services such as Google Drive backup or Google AdMob advertising. Use of those services is subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policies. See each app’s individual privacy policy for the specific services it uses.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLCAI Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our apps.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. They terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the apps and ceasing to use them.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date below. Continued use of our apps after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
